HGW was founded in 2023 by Mr. Bhanu, Mr. Parminder Romana and Mr. Simran former executives. As engineers with roots in product engineering and manufacturing, their goal was to build a product design and engineering services company to provide clients with a single source solution for concepts, industrial design, mechanical engineering, embedded software and systems architecture, mobile and enterprise application software, optical engineering and UXUI design.

In January of 2024, HGW was acquired by Forward Industries with a shared vision of providing customers with end to end product design, development and manufactured, finished goods. The companies are actively and effectively collaborating and are energized by the new endeavor and are engaged with customers in realization of the extended vision.
